Problems with WebSite X5 Professional 13  en

In the guide I can read this:

The project update process is very simple:
In WebSite X5 v12 (or earlier), open the project you want to upgrade, go to Step 5 and choose Export Project, specifying the destination folder. You'll get a compressed file in .IWZIP format containing both the project file and the linked files.
In the Project Selection window of WebSite X5 v13, click on the Import button and select the .IWZIP file for the project you previously exported. At the end of this process, the project will appear in the Existing Projects list.
Select the imported Project from the list of existing projects and click on the "Next" button to proceed with the necessary changes.

>>>>> This is a truth with necessary modifications. I have 2 big websites running. In EVO9/10/11 and PRO12 they were runnung without any problems. However, changing to PRO13 incl. the last update have given me several problems. Please note  problems for the first time in several years.

It has been necessary to go bask and continue with the websites using PRO12. And please note: No problems. Incomedia shouldn't launch V13 with problems for so many of the its customers.

Good evening Erik,

thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that you are not fully satified with our product. I have seen that you did not open specific posts about your issue with the import. Do you receive an error? If yes, when does this appear? Could you attach a screenshot?

Please note that Version 13 manages in the compression and decompression of *.iwzip files in a different way, this caused some problems with projects bigger than 4 GB. This new version has been extensively tested both as an alfa version from our developers and as a beta version from the useres as well. Still, unfortunately some problems only emerge once the software is used by thousands of people with real projects. For this reason, our developers are always operative in order to identify and correct every possible error as soon as possible, including after the software has been launched.

I am avaiable for further information. Kind regards.
