In some contexts, I have many customers who want access to a locked page.
Is there a way that they sign up and I can approve them BEFORE they can access? I don't want to add all of them manually.

There is no option to approve before acces. You can set a mail and you can also moderate onlmost immidiatly with the x5 app.
If you wish such a function I would suggest to create an IDEA post.

BTW. I have Windows Phone and you have no app for WP!

the suggestions proposed are automatically taken in consideration for the future releases of the program but we are not able to tell you if and when these will be added.
At the moment the app is only available for android and iOs.
