Where to find sample iwzip files

I am trying to apply some of the new features of v13 but I am not finding it very intuitive (for me)
I learn best by having examples or samples so I can more easily understand what and how these features have been used in real projects
Is anyone willing to share some newer iwzip files that I can review and learn from
