Mouse pointer disappears

In version 13 the mouse disappears when over the website x5 program window although it works fine outside of it and on all other software. It may be related to the fact that this is touchscreen computer. Has anyone experienced/fixed this problem? I asked privately but got no feedback whatsoever - not even an acknowledgement.

James - if you are working on a laptop or "all-in-one" pc, do a proper restart (if in doubt, hold the on/off button down at least 20 seconds), this sounds suspiciously like a windows background update issue. Let us know?

All windows updates are up to date and the latest version of .net is installed but the problem persists.

Actually we just got a new Windows auto-update a few minutes ago and the mouse is visible now. Why this affected only Website X5 version 13 but nothing else will remain a mystery.
