WebSite X5 v13 has stopped working on start in Windows 10"
the Incomedia posted solution worked for me.
I used the "Search Everything" app to find where the Lavasoft software got installed. I shuould have expected a problem when my home page went for Goggle to Bing. it all happened about the same time.
Thanxs Lavasoft, I used to respect LavaSoft as a good product, now not so much., causing these isssues, silent install and the resetting my home page to Bing and the side effect of preventing WebSite X5 ver 13.0.1.16 from working.
Any way Incomedia can prevent this from happening or giving a diagnostic report?

Unfortunately at the moment, there is nothing we can do to prevent this from happening. It is an external program that causes the issue and we can not stop it.
We will update our users if we have anymore news about this.
