Hi,

I have an website and I want to change it. But when I impport my project is corrupt (header import error) and I can't work with it anymore. Is is possible I can download the site (from my provider) and I import it in Website X5 Professional 13?

I had previous Website X5 11 Evolution and exported it as an iwzip, and had no errors during this process...

Please help, I don't know what to do anymore...

If there is an error then changes are that v13 can't import as well.

Try the backup option it works also for v11;  https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/47713

An import from website is not possible. If the backup option does not work as well and you have no IWPRJ or IWZIP elsewhere, then you need to start over, you can use the info from website like text and pictures to import in the new project, that makes it a bit better, but still it's not nice.

Goodluuck !

Hello Krishna K. Kalika,

The project seems to have a large size, in this case you have to follow this steps in order to import it in version 13:

-Once you have the .iwzip file, rename it as .zip (if you do not see the filename extensions you have to enable them from the Windows control panel).

-Then extract the contents of the file into a folder, you can use a default program like 7zip or select "extract" from the Windows menu.

-Select the contents you have extracted in the folder and recreate the .zip storage (to do this you can use either the Windows default compressor or 7zip).

-Then  rename the file you have just created from .zip to .iwzip, so to import it into version 13 by clicking on the specific button "import" and by selecting the file.

Many thanks!
