WebSite X5 Professional 13 Loads Into Main Window And Then Crashes
Running Windows 10 64 Bit Version With 8 Gigs Ram, no known issues, software refuses to work, registers fine, starts up and loads libraries, loads main window and then you get a windows error.
Please Help, Just bought the software and really need to use it.

This is not a "cure-all" for this problem, but when I had it happen to me I found that a program called "Web Companion" had been installed on my computer (by my son as part of another package he was installing) and this caused the error.
Please look at your list of installed programs and uninstall it if you find it. Then try X5 again. This only appears to affect the 64 bit V13 WebsiteX5 and at this stage it's best to remove the offending item until Incomedia come up with a patch.
This is NOT the only potential cause of your issue but if you start with this and it does not work, then others can offer you some help. Error logs are useful to look at. They might show the problem even if you can't see Web Companion (or any Lavasoft programs) on your machine. Good luck! I am really happy with V13 now that it is running well for me.
