Upload speeds 12Pro vs 13Pro

Has anyone else noticed that uploading to the internet is MUCH slower with 13 Pro (64 bit) as compared to 12 Pro (32 bit)?
My 12 Pro (32 bit) sites upload much faster than the same sites when they have been converted to 13 Pro (64 bits). Any one?

Yes, I can confirm this slowness compared to the old version.
Yes it is slower, thats because the data to create the website is much more then it was in v12 due to the new functions.
