Problems loading new update for V13

Howdy,
Anybody with a fix for the new update for V13, only get half way and it crashes. ie: I cannot update? anybody?

Sean, have you rebooted your PC since updating to 13.0.2.18
(sorry you are have trouble - so pleased I did not when I updated 5 minutes ago)
Download the full version from your profile, top right pull down menu next to your name -> select download.
Install that one. Your projects should be safe.
