FTP upload extremely slow and with errors

Since yesterday's update the program is extremely slow when uploading the page and is showing errors, when using Filezilla the same page uploads correctly and with normal speed.

There is already a new update, please try that one I am not sure what is changed, do a restart of pc to be sure then try again.
Sometimes I have errors as well, could also be that the server from your host is a bit more busy then usual.
