As for the item quantity display a number, not text in the Czech version?

I am not sure what you mean. (Ican't read Czech in the attachement)
Anyway the language option is selected in step1 general settings, gives you full control over what is written.
Find in there what you like to have changed, change it yourself, then upload again. press F5 and check if it like you want.

problem byl vyřešen. V českém jazyku jsem přepsal překlad (Množství) na (Quantity).
