I have one more info about problem with import from previously versions. Some from our 11 web projects can be imported into version 13 and some cannot. Problem is with in some from two updates of version 13, because I uninstalled version 13 and installed it again from my install file 18 days old. Then I can do import of all project without problem and all can be open. But then I did upgrade do last version  13.02.19 and 4 from 11 project cannot be open with notice " Error while loading the object, object reference (link) not set to an instance of an object". I think that all problematic project use cropping photos by built-in editor. But I'm still do not understand why is it a problem on one computer and not another, even though it is installed on both computers with the same software updates 13.02.19  ...

Thank you for your assistance. Yes this project can be open on computer where I created it. In project wasn't any big changes after import from Version 12. I didn't add any new objects in Version 13.

For me is very special, that one project can be open on one computer and on second not, although is on both computers the same version of software V13 (and the same version of up date).

Today I tried to do copy data of imported project from my computer where is can be open from direction: "c/user/documents/Incomedia/WebSite X5 v13 - Professional/name of project" into computer in our company but problem during opening is still the same. It's corrupt with notice " Error while loading the object, object reference (link) not set to an instance of an object".

After importing the project on the other computer open the project folder (c/user/documents/Incomedia/WebSite X5 v13 - Professional/name of project) and there delete the file project.iwprj2 and add following file https://we.tl/L7dcdne3Xt

Once done try to open the project again in the program.

From all our web projects I have problem like this with 3 projects. One from them which is most simplicier, (www.perrelet.cz) i tried to adjust step by step in Version 12 ... by deleting potentional problem blocks and then I did export and then I tried to import to Version 13 - but without success. 

I don't know ... do you think will be soltion to send you this 3 files izip from Version 12 for test of export to Version 13?

I tested the file I sent you and with this one it was working. Did you delete before the file project.iwrpj2 in the folder and then added the file I sent you?

This needs to be done with the program closed.

Thank you for your help. I did all according your description. After import project Festina I did delete file project.iwrpj2 and then I did add your file. The program was closed during I did it. 

I think that the problem is caused by conflict software with hardware or some missing up date ..., cause in second computer (out of copmany) I haven't problem with opening this project. Do you have some idea about some similar problem like this?

Problem is solved. I tried to do the same according your steps with files from my computer, I did copy into C/user ... and then I deleted file iwrpj2 - and then project can be open. That's great!!!

did it work also on the second project or you have still an issue with this one?

It could be more software related probably a program like as example anantivirus is reading the file and hen it cannot be opened anymore.

I thought  that all will be OK but that's not true!

All projects from version 12 which I can't open after import with note " Error while loading the object, object reference (link) not set to an instance of an object" can be open according your advice after deleting "project.iwprj2". But now I build new web project directly in version 13 and problem is the same, but in this case I can't use the same rule cause there is missing "project.iwprj".

The facts:

• some projects built in version 12 can be open after import into version 13 in the same PC in Janeba Time Company
• some projects built in version 12 can't be open after import into version 13 in the same PC in Janeba Time Company but it's can be open in PC in my house
• this problem can be solved by deleting file "project.iwprj2" then project can be open and before saving must project slightly changed. If not before saving something changed, the problem is not resolved and the further opening follows the same mistake
• !!! all projects can be open after import from version 12 into version 13 before two last up-dates of software !!!
• during installation of software Incomedia was stopped antivirus (ESET), and during import and opening project also ... (without any changes on functionality)
• projects built in version 13 on my home PC can't be open after import in PC in Janeba Time
• in this case I haven't any idea how solve it
• PC in my home: W10 64 bit, procesor Intel Core i3, 8 GB ram, graphic NVIDIA GTX450
• PC in my office in Janeba Time Company: W10 64 bit, AMD Phenom II X4 840, 8 GB ram, graphic NVIDIA GeForce GT 720

Solve this problem is very important for me, because  I'm working on next two similar projects!
