I followed all direction for adding a Registration Page and Data base. When I opened my Firefox Browser and attempted to test the Automatic Registration I'm recieving a message that "The selected user is already present.

I opened the Access Management and cannot find any names entered. I also clicked the update button also.

Are you working online? Try also to use F5 in your browser before creating a user.

If it does not help please add your website page so we can test/see what happens.

Thanks,

Andre

Alan,

Thanks, that helps, still strange ....

What does your admin panel test say? (your websiteadres with /admin behind it) login and password can be found in x5

run the test and see that all is green.

What is the php version that your provider has ? Imake sure you webserver runs in PHP 5.x

If this is all alwrite then it could be the database, maybe delete it and create a new one and test again.
