How to import online website into website X5 pro 13 after PC crash

Hello all,
I have just installed website X5 pro 13 and am trying to get my website imported.
My website is currently online, and was made using version 11. My computer was infected with a virus and I lost all my data.
So, my question is, where can I find the .iwzip file to do an import or how can I import my currently running website?

If there is no iwzip or iwprj file then this is not possible.
In that case it's bad news, you need to start over again. You can use information that is on internet from your side to copy to x5, like text and pictures. That saves a bit but that is about it unfortunatly.
I know it's too late, but always make a backup in step5 (export project -> iwzip file), especially after a while or big changes and set it on a medium that is not in your pc, like usb stick or remote harddrive or a cloud. This way you never lose mucg if something happens.
