How to change submenu height in a responsive website  en

Author: Akram Najjar

I have moved to a responsive website. The left menus are great.

BUT I could not find a place where I could increase the height of the sub-menus. My texts for these is long and I want to be able to see it all, in two or even 3 lines.

Thanks

I have also close to the same issue. In my case however, I want to reduce the height of the responsive menu. See the attached image.

Ideas??

Dear Claudio

1) Here are two captures. The menu names are long (in one case, it is the title of a lecture, and in the second, the title of a book).

2) If you want to see them directly, www.karazwlaimoon.com go to the menu MONDAY TALKS and scroll down to 2016 AUTUMN SEASON 10 and you will see the first entry is wrapped in the submenu, but you cannot see the title of the full talk.

3) ANother care is in www.marginalbooks.com where you can go to Business Technology and note that the bottom two sub-menus are not totally visible.

Please note that decreasing the font size is not possible as it is at the limit of its lower size.

Thanks

Akram, I went to Template, Customisation, Drop Down Menu, and found if I increased the margin/vertical enough I could fit 3 or 4 lines of wrapped text in if I wanted (although I don't understand why there is space above the text in the menu button).

Dear Esahc,

Many many thanks. It works as I need it to. I did not even try the margin because I assumed it was for the margin!!!!

All the best and thanks again.

Akram

I spoke too soon. The increase of the margin increases the top part. The text remains uncentered (vertically). It looks funny (see attachment). Hope ESAHC can provide another good solution.

All the best

Sorry Akram - you will note that I mentioned this issue in my post :-(

Perhaps Incomedia or a moderator has a more elegant solution?

Hello Akram,

The menu is meant to be shown only on one line and it is why it starts from the center also if you have more lines. The only option at the moment is to increase the width of the dropdown menu so all the text can be seen on only one line.

Many thanks!
