Problem exporting my site

*I have one more issue, as I'm self learner and never created website before..I have managed to create my first site but having trouble to uploaded online.. I have follow all the steps.. and all seems to correctly transfer but not very familiar what to choose in pathway.
When I uploaded all, nothing is showing online.. not sure if I have done and include all the required info from the hosting provider and FTP.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the folders which appears during the export procedure after you connected via FTP?

I did managed to uploade finaly, correctly.
What issue I have recently is, that project I'm working on suddenly cannot open.
reason: (this never did it before)

- to my previous issue, this is actualy first msg. pop up (shown below) before the one above, when I click OK - error occured

In this case select the project and then click on the right on the Backup button and restore a previous backup of the project and then try to open it.

Hi , I try it already but , unfortunatly I didn't create backup - As I was only, creating the template.. But it seems that my work is now gone for good. right?

In this case if there's no backup then most probably the project needs to be started again.
You can try to open the project folder which can be found under the preferences when you start the program and there open the folder with the name of the project and rename library.xml to old.xml and librarybu.xml to library.xml and try to see if so the project can be opened.
