I have previous full versions but just got the starter version of 13. I find out that I need the evolution. When I go to upgrade from my open starter I get the "404 Error". I read earlier here that to upgrade I could just pay the difference. My offer says 30% off under my name here but is that inclusive with the difference in price or seperate? IE, can they be combined?
