Background video with parallax effect

Adding background pic works great and parallax works fine.
Trying to add a free video grabbed from pixabay from my hard drive and it only shows black on the preview screen... does it have to be live in order to work or what is the proper settings setup? Trying to emulate background parallax effects that are now showing up on wordpress websites. Also, what effect is the size of the video as pixabay has 3 variations.

Fred, I recommend trying the smallest size first, and if the quality is not acceptable get the bigger version. I have seen some odd behaviour with very large video files. Remember also that if you are building a responsive site, many mobiles won't cope with large data streams in a timely manner.
I was not aware of the preview issue until I created a test project and got a black background. You can select the top right hand button in preview mode (a feature of pro) and select another browser to preview in & I am sure you will find the video displays. Hopefully INCOMEDIA will tell us what to do to see background parallax videos in the preview browser. :-)

Video works once online, but not in preview mode as it shows black. Also, parallax view with video does not scroll correctly so I guess non-parallax is the only option.
Fred - can you provide a link to your site?
The only time I have seen parallax appear to not work is when there is very little to scroll or there are no blank lines or space above and below the content of the cell/s.
