Why has my page at safishing.org been penilized or sandboxed by google.

Please help

Google have penalised non responsive websites searched via tablets and mobiles for about a year now, maybe they have tweeked their algorithim and are applying the same penalty to desktop sites.

Do any other sites point at yours (other sites, facebook links, etc)?

You have google analytics, does it shed any light?

this answer dosnt help me all my sub pages are searchable and are where they should be it is just my main page that goes missing from time to time now its gone for good.

You need to login on your google analytics account and verify the informations you receive about your website from google like also the keywords used to find your website. A specific search like SA fishing can change the results during the time. This is how the search engines works since these searhers all the time after the most relevant content and someone else could have started to use the same keywords.
