My server is from one.com, All functions about mail form didn't work, how can i resolve this problem?

Dear Sir/Madam
In the past there was cooperation with one.com company, and I bought my server " ahmed-rakha.com" through you when i bought website x5 evalution 10. And now that I was surprised that All functions about mail form didn't work. In past, it worked perfectly. I contacted with hosting provider they told me that php mail worked, and they have all version php 5.6 , 7 , and 7.1.
so please how can i resolve this problem?
should change the server provider.
and what company you recommended me.

we use one.com and all of our x5 templates are hosted on one.com we have never had any issues with the mail function from website x5 are you sure that you've set up the contact form properly, if you can send me a screenshot I can take a look in case you've missed something, also what version of x5 are you using

I am using WebSite X5 Evolution 10.1.12.57
My problem: when testing the contact form only the conformation email for user was sent , but i didnot recieved any email with collected data.
I had tried the three types in data management (standad script, low quality server script and low level script). but still have the same problem.

My server is php 7.1
and also i try all version 5.6 and 7 in server and contacted server provider many times but they told me that mail php is perfect.
Ahmed, I have never had an issue sending mail, the attachment is from a later version on WX5 but the field content is identical.
I do not put a tick in the sender email address box, and the user email address on the right hand side should be the name of the field you use to get the users email address (eMail??).

Do the mail scipt of website x5 ver 10 is become old and not Compatible any more?
Ahmed, the screen shot I sent is from my current contact form, just with my email address replaced for the screen shot & it works fine.

Ahmed, I am still using V10 for a couple of websites, and each has a contact form the settings for which look almost the same and work perfectly.
