Working with PDF Files

I need my primary user to be able to upload a PDF File while viewing the site from his own PC and so allow other site visitors to download that file to their PCs. Is there any way of doing this please?

There is no option for that in x5, pherhaps there is some custom coding for uploading content, just take good care about safety cause you need to give the login for your webhost/website.

Thanks Andre, Esahc and RAKIK, your comments are welcome. Andre, I suspect that this is the route I will need to take and a facility to perform the uploads will need to be bespoke but under secure conditions after a login process.
The other thought I had was to allow a text update to a MYSQL Database and then to allow that to be made available to other users. Still in the thought process around that.
