Cannot preview video on Laptop - html5

Hello

On my Desktop - I have put a short mp4 video on to a web page (Version 13). This displays perfectly in 'Preview' and uploads perfectly to the Internet. (www.rykneldbowlingclub.co.uk/bowling-green-maintenance.html)

I have exported the project to my Laptop and then imported it on the Laptop. When I try to 'Preview' a copy of this project on the Laptop, the video does not run and displays a message "Your browser must support HTML5 or Adobe Flash."

Both Destop and Laptop have the same version of browsers (Internet Explorer, Edge and Chrome).

Any idea what could be going wrong please?

In that xase adobe seems to be not installed, check plugins. see also:
