Locked pages - changing passwords  en

I am setting up a locked page on my website and see from the Help section that "A password of 8 characters is generated automatically: it can be changed."

Please can you explain how a user changes their password, please?

Many thanks.

The user/visiter can't do that, you need to set it for your visitors.

goto step4 acces management.

You can create a page where users subscribe by using an email form, but the data needs to be entered by you in step4 , after that upload again.

Many thanks for the prompt response, Andre.

Is there no way that, after registering, a user can reset his password to something more personal rather than having to remember something like 7fpj50wr?

You can change it yourself to anything you want. That number you mention is just a randomly made nr by x5.

Change it with edit, or create new users with there own login and passwords in step4.
