I have a list of products in the shopping cart that I wnat to arrange in a particular order for the specific frame layout. In the Product Catalog Object it fives me the option to sort order custom but clicking an item and then usinf the up and down arrow doesnt move the item up or down in single steps, it moves them several steps and then when a second item is moved the items change order again. Is there a simple way of listing them top to bottom exactly where i want them.

Thanks for any help again guys

Dave,

Please help me, I don't understand.

If I go to the shop page in step3, and select top right pulldown menu custom sort, then I can in the right display set step by step every article for that page in single steps.

Are you doing something different? Or somewhere different?

yes that is in step 4, shopping cart, sort order drop down menu, then custom which gives you up or down arrow.

When i click on a product and then the up or down arrow the item moves several steps not just one at a time.

The only way to get the order i want them in is to put a number in the name first then use alpahabetical order which isnt ideal.

Thanks for any further help

Dave

Are you using v12 or v13? In v12 it's step3 not step4.

If v13 then please update your licence informaation, this way I can help you better. And you have more options here in x5 as well. Is v13 up to date?

It works for me one by one as it should in both versions.
