Do you wish to use it in version 8 or version 9? What kind of problems do you have, do receive error messages?

It is not possible to open the project templates with our new version 9 at the moment beacause some of them are built with our version 7.

I also am having problems figuring out how to install a template from the free version on-line. I have version 8. Could you give step-by-step directions? I tried coping the file but that didn't work. Thanks

Here are some info on how to install you can find here on our website http://www.websitex5.com/templates/howtoinstall.php

To install the downloaded template it's necessary to follow these instructions:

  1. run the EXE file you downloaded from Internet related to the template you choose;
  2. enter the destination folder in order that it will be the same of the one showed in our website. This folder is automatically showed as the default one into the installation software;
  3. start the files unzipping by pressing the Unzip button
  4. launch WebSite X5 and open the IWP project file present into the folder you decompressed.

All the templates are always unzipped into the folder named C:TemplatesX5, into a sub-folder that has the same name of the template you choose.

Could you please tell me where I can find the Abstract Tech .exe template file to download? I am not looking for instructions on how to install the template after the .exe file has been downloaded. I have ver 8 and the Abstract tech template is different in the free version.

Hello Robinson, we temporary removed the templates because we have to renew them in v9 (the were created using v7) and because they were created from our affiliates. We also have to renew the agreement with them, because of the new v9.

In any case we have to alert our users that we are not responsable for files not downloaded from our website.

Thanks
