After I had a problem getting version 13 to load up past the opening screen -- a message would pop up stopping everything.  After several tries and going to the help center with quesiton and receivinb lots of good support, nothing worked.  I requested a refund and was immediately refunded.  Later it bugged me not to have found a solution, after all, others were getting it to work, still others seemed to be having a similar problem.  My version 12 worked fine.  Still, felt uncomfortable not having found the answer.  So, I purchased Evolution 13 again, and boy am I glad I did -- best ever - three times fast, or more, on uploading changes to my Web page -- Oh, back to the solution.  Turns out an all around Virus, Malware, and general service softwar package I loved was compatible with Version 12 but something in version 13 was making it cranky and it would stop it from loading, without a proper message, only one from Windows?  I uninstalled my favorite tools and reactivated Window Defender/malware -- yes, the Windows Defender, Antivirus now comes with a malware checker and monitor too.  After this change Website 5X Evolution 13 works like an All Star.  Still missing the Spell Checker though, what is up with that.  All in all the service is great, and the software 4 stars for sure (5 star if it had a spell checker).  Peace, and thanks, Dan
