I have installed Evolution Version 11.0.8.31 on my computer and have been using it for over a year for my website creation and updating. For some reason unconnected with this usage I had to reinstall windows 7 operating system on my computer. I reinstlled Evolution version 11.0.8.31 and tried to work with my old edited version of a project. The project import worked alright and i was able to open the project and access rge Home Page and any one of the pages referred to in the Home page. But after that it could not navigate to any other portion of the website and I got the following message: "Procedure entry point _msg.generic could not be located in dynamic link library libvlccore.dll". It is not clear to me why this message is now appearing and what I should do. Can someone plese help me for this problem. Does this happen if for some reason the program project file doe not get closedproperly.  I have had no such problems before. I close the project file normally
