Attaching links to objects in the Header or footer

I recently completed and loaded a website for my wife at https://www.ingenweb.org/infountain/ I have been informed that the images placed into the header and footer need to be linked to their respected organizations. I could not find in the help anything on this?

I have figured out how to accomplish this. As long as I use images in the object from the NET, I can link them to the Site as needed. Thanks for the support
