Project don't save and the program stop working

Hello website X5 team. I hope that is all cool with you.
Unfortunately I been had a problem with websiteX5 pro 13.
When I made some modification on project, I cannot save the project and that is lating me to the project delivery.
Sometimes the program simply stop working and I lose all I made in that time.
I will be very happy if someone knows the soluction for that boring problem.

Hi Claudio I too have this same problem. I started a new project and did around 4 hrs without actualy saving it apart from when it previews (and suposadly saves) well i attached it to a database on my hosting and got the poll up and running for a test photographic voting site http://test4.in-derby.com . All went well until i added a login to the homepage and made the london page protected with automatic registration which works a treat. then uploading the login change it got to 98% and froze for ages, had to use ctrl alt del to end prosess and now no project file to re load i see this in my docs (see Picture) but no way of loading it, If i preview it it works fine in Firefox any help would be great

Did you try to restore a backup of the project by clicking the backup button in the project selection after having selected the project?

I cant see the project at all in the project selection let alone the backup, it is like it just never was there only see it in the incomedia folder in my documents.
I have this problem every day.

The projects name is let's get active?
In the preferences of the program is the correct folder set for the projects?
It has to be "documents/Incomedia/WebSite X5 v13 - Professional/"
