How it is possible to set displayed items in shop cart?

Greetings.
I want to ask, how it is possible to set displayed items in shopping cart? I want to display in cart only "Name" of the product, not their "Descriptions". Because descriptions of the shoping items is longer, and if somebody buy more products, the shoping cart is extremly long and buyer must long scroll down to click on the "Next" button to finish of order. I enclose a picture.
So is there any way to display only short Item name, and not display Description of the products?

On the pages with the product catalogs, use additional text objects for the detailed description and reduce the text in the articles to the legally meaningful size. This is how the child describes the description before entering the shopping cart.

Thank you for your reply, but I don´t understand, how you mean "use additional text objects". Where can I find it and how I set it?

JJ Juag meant to not add in the product the whole description but only on the page where you display it with the use of a text object so this while description will not be present in the cart procedure.
