How do I delete a website once it has been uploaded ?

I wish to remove an old website that I published using Evolution 8 but I cannot find a way to do it . Any ideas gratefully accepted.
Posted on the
Connect to your webserver (step4 export project to internet. goto the folder/map where the website is. Select all files or the map/folder it self.
Press the red cross on top, confirm deletion. Then press back (don't start to update any project you might have choosen at the start)
Thats it.
