New user create java enable error

Hi Everybody
after last update 13.0.4.24
but before 13.0.3.22 version there is a no problem ı try it its working
but new version when ı create new user on the webpage I get the error "enable Java"
Mysql user database is working all the settings are ok
but it's dosnt work

Try please to open the automatic registration section and then click ok in the program and proceed to export the project again.

Already in automatic registration . "Java enable error" but with sam configuration Works with older version But I need to design the site from the beginning because The new project does not work in the old version
