Asking for activation code

Hi there, this is the third time WebsiteX5 v12.0.10.32 stop to function in a period of 4 months and asking for activation code; this has happened two times in front of my customers!! Now, today it just did it again; I have entered the Unlock code and it did Not work; add to this the program it self can/could Not log in internet; it always gives “No Internet connection, try again”, etc...!!! I'm building a website with a deadline. I'm using OS Win10. Any solution/Idea
