I want to upload my website to e host.
How do i find out the ftp address for ehost?
What format should be use?

You need to ask your serviceprovider for that. Go to their site, check the faq or your own account portal.
They should have givin this information when you made the agreement.
Else ask the question there they should have an helpdesk that can provide the information.
