How can I create membership website with website x5 professional?

Hi, is it possible for you to give me a proper guide in creating a membership website using website x5 prof 13? I wanted to build a free membership site for recipes and I am finding it hard to understand the instructions. Also, I need to know more about 'write access file'? Hope you could help me with this as soon as possible.

If I read it right, the control panel that is mentioned in the instruction is actually created by the programme in the professional version? I thought it has got to do with my hostings control panel, that I would have to create it there and connect it with the programme. This is where I got confused.
I think I need to read through the instruction again thoroughly. However, if you could help me understand this better and quicker and in a simple way, or if there is a video on this, I would be so grateful.

Yes, the Online Control Panel is automaticlly generated by the software and you can access it from www.yourwebsiteURL.com/admin . In order to access it, please insert the username and password which you will find in the Access Management section.
Unfortunately there is no video about this aspect in particular, but if you tell me where yu have difficulties I will try help you further.
