Bug in the program - retrying to upload unpublished files  en

Hey!

So i have found a bug in the program.

Everytime there is a file who isn't loaded up, the message "retrying to upload unpublished files" comes up, and the program freezes. Then you have to go to ctrl alt delete and close the program, and take away or correct the file (in my case the program had given a file a name with a norwegian letter).

The same thing also happens when you don't save the project before exporting it to the internet. Then it actually takes all the files you have worked with and uploads them to the net, but the program freezes, and the next time you opens it the last things you have worked with are away and you have to do them again (but ironically they are on the internet). This have happened two-three times to me. Before the program always have used to save the things when uploading them.

This is quite a big bug, so you have to correct it asap i think. Thanks in advance.

I did find a link to the solution (i think), but that was set as a private article i couldn't see, so i have to submit one myself.

John

Hello John,

Which windows version are you using?

Are all the windows updates installed?

Do you experience this issue only with one project or does it happens also with others?

Many thanks!

Hey, i'm using Windows 7 Professinal, with all updates installed. I only have one project, so don't know if it would happen to other projects :-)

Hello John,

Try please to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:

To repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4 you need as first to use following cleanup tool to remove .NET 4:
http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
Once done go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
This procedure can take some time to deactivate and activate .NET 3.5.1 and once done reinstall .NET 4 after downloading it from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718

Once done test it again.

Many thanks!
