The V13 update does not proceed. Just delivers ! in a triangle, and the "Back" option.???

Have attempted to update X5 V13 a number of times without success. The heading of this request tell it all.
Internet access is open.

You could try to download and install the full version from you portal, pulldown menu next to your name top right -> download.
I would make a backup of your projects, it's not strictly needed but always better to be sure (step 5 export project)
Considering that we are many customers that are having the same problem (with this update) I do not think the solution you propose is very professional.
Obviously there is a problem and it is on the side of Incomedia.
The technical staff of Incomedia should find the error and solve it so that the customers can do the update accordingly.

You are right, and' they probably will, but they don't work in the weekends, and this solution is a workaround, you can at least update and go further this way.
Not every body has problems I updated without problems, it could also be a server issue and I updated maybe before this happened or something like that, I don't know, and it does not matter at the moment, because there is a good workaround.
