Pro version is similar as I have.
How is the procedure for that?

Victor, I am sure Incomedia will refund your purchase if it is within the allowable time frame, but may I ask why?
If the problem is strange and messed up headers and footers, or the replacement of your headers with the toaster menu, this is all easily fixed.
Assuming you exported an iwzip from V10 and then imported that into V13, most of your website should be fine.
Did you try step 2, customisation, resolutions and responsive design and set your project to desktop site? If so, you should see effectively the same website you had in V10, once you are happy with your upgraded site and the new features you can move on and make it responsive and we are more than willing to assist or answer any question.

Thank you for making the refund, tell me the next step please.
The version start 13 will be the correct for this moment.
The reason is because when I opened the projects, V10 in V13pro was a mess in many things, but when I moved from V8 to V10 was not a problem, but now it is a lot of work to review and reorganize every project again, and the time it would take Would be an economic risk at this time, possibly in the future could try again, but now it is not worth it.
Thanks for following the conversation, tell me the next step please.
Victor Medina.
Good morning Victor,
thank you for contacting us.
I wish to inform you that if you have projects created with the Evolution 10 version, you can not import them into the Start 13 version of WebSite X5. You can only import them into the Evolution version.
It may seem difficult when you import your project for the first time into the Professional 13 version, but please keep in mind that many things have changed and if you wish to update your projects and make sure that they are perfectly visible on any device, the Evolution or professional 13 versions of WebSite X5 are the best choice. it might take a little while at the beginning but it is definitely worth the effort.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this and how you wish to proceed.
Thank you!
Wishing you a lovely day,
Samantha
Hello Victor, as Esahc mentioned responsive, that would be something to think about. Do you have any stats about hits on your sites with what kind of devices? In todays world of smart phone does all, you could be missing out. I'm sure that when new users load your site and see it's blown out that many move on. People have no patience now, pinching and scrolling is not going to make it. There's too many sites that fit when loaded. The user guide is good and the support here on the forum is very good. Just some thoughts.
Good Day!

Thanks
How to refund please!
thanks again for your help, how to refund?
You will most likely have to contact "cleverbridge AC" for a refund if you purchased from them. Check your order and confirmation emails. (On a different computer right now so cannot say for sure.) Incomedia keeps sales seperate, as most do, for legal reasons.
Regards
