Hello Björn

The short answer is - Yes.

The longer :

In 4 - pages, You choose "Row formats", and here You can specify a video as background.

You can see an example here : http://www.bramminginfo.dk/vinklub/

This is the first and maybe last site I created in v. X13 ( much trouble with this version )

The video looks like a slideshow but it IS a video. Unfortunately it is not possible to have a slideshow as background, but

fortunately You can use a video. It would have been troublesome the other way round :-)

Kind regards

John S.

Antonio, I agree. Nice picture but no video. If I had to guess I'd say the video slideshow requires too much data and can not be dealt with on a mobile phone (mine is Android) http://www.bramminginfo.dk/vinklub/

I suspect if the video was resampled down to a lower quality it would play (eventually) on a mobile.

The same is true for http://wildseas.no

(although they have excluded the video from even attempting to display on mobile landscape view)

Antonio and Esahc : My example was ONLY to show a video on a page with parallax and created with X13.

I have had so many trouble with this version ( X13 ) , that I will wait a looong time before I ( again ) will adapt the site to different views. At the moment I only edit what I find neccessary on this site.

Björn : I hope You can on a desktop, see what I try to show You, and that You will be helped, by my "longer" answer to Your post. Again - it IS a video although it seem to be a slideshow. And - remember the H264 encoding for videos.

Kind regards

Schwartz
