How to change the color of the menu on a responsive website

I've made a responsive site and when viewed on a small screen like an iPhone the menu bar is replaced by an other kind of menu, that is good. Only the colors of that menu are not what I want. I think that I've looked everyware to change that but can not find it. Where can I do that. See screenshot.

The drop down menu colours can be changed in step 2, Customisation, Drop Down menu, Menu Items.
