Problem with email form filled out on Iphone

I have an email form on our website that is used to register for an advent. The form is supposed to be sent to me and then a confirmation form is to be sent to the person registering. If I use the website, or an android phone it works perfectly. If the fomr is filled out from an Iphone, the person gets the confirmation but I do not get the registration email. This only happens from an Iphone. Any suggestions how to solve this problem.

Which iOs Version is used on the iPhone?
In Safari is the private mode enabled or disabled?
Have you tested also with other browsers on the iPhone to see if the same happens?
