Hi Jufi
In your email setup, does the sending tab look like the attached image?
Perhaps you could take a screen shot of your setup?
Did your email work before now?

Hello,
When i am sending through website x5 email form, i am not receiving email, but i have another website and that is working, without any problems.
Image 1 - Not receiving emails
Image 2 - Receiving emails
. . . and these are with the same service provider or different?
If they are different hosts, perhaps the problem host can assist??

Make the TEST MAIL from its online panel: www.yoursite/admin/
The majority of servers currently use SMTP PHP Mailer.
In case, v.10 is invalid. Not expected.
The email sender must be the one associated with the server, not gmail.
Please note, version 10 has expired assistance.
Greetings

Jufi, I have on occasions had problems sending emails for no apparent reason. On more than one occasion, because of the nature of shared servers, I found I had been blacklisted and a number of email servers would not accept emails from my account. Perhaps you could check https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
The other issue I have faced is email being ignored by gmail. I have a domain name email address, and I also have a gmail address which retrieves email from the domain name email address (eg ***). If I send email from *** to the gmail address, gmail ignores this email and it never goes into my inbox (this is most frustrating, so I have been forced to setup an email address on outlook.com for use when testing such issues).
If neither of the above is the issue, does your host have live chat support? Once or twice I have had an issue where the problem with sending email was an issue with the SMTP server on the host, live chat support were able to identify the problem and repair it.
Let us know if you get the problem sorted out?
