Version 10.12.57 email form not sending emails back to me

I have read all the posts regarding this issue but there is no answer. All of my forms has stopped sending me email back. Users who register using volunteer form or via contact us page do receive a reply back but their date is not coming back to me anymore. I checked my emails and found until 2015 I used to receive the email with CSV file but nothing in 2016.
I have played with all the settings and all the solutions but nothing has help.
Can someone please help?

Muhammed, since your copy to self email worked in the past and I assume you have made no changes, have you checked with you host to make sure there is not an issue at their end?
If you have changed hosts in the interim, do the details in your mail form need changing?
have you checked spam box or filters in your mail program?

I have been hosting on 3ix.org and they are saying everything is good at their end. I did the admin page test and all came back green. I sent an email from there and I can receive...nothing in spam or junk

So if PHP is enabled and all good on the server, there is not much I can ask the hosting company. Also one email is going to the registrar / user who is registering on the website.

Can we assume your email setup screen looks something like the attached image?

Muhammed, try it out setup like mine, on the right hand side, no tick in "Sender e-mail address" and "User e-mail address" set to field name where user enters their email address.
That's the only difference I can see.

I have upgrade to version 13 and SMTP setup is working fine for me. But for those out there with 10 your solution may be helpful.
