HTML file name file is not updating

Problem on page properities section "Step 3 - Map > The Page Properties window > The General section File Name: you can specify the name of this page's HTML file.".
I have named a page as on inffo says and uploaded it to the web on the name "formula1news". Later I did do some updates/changes on that page and exported that to the web, but I noticed that a page won't update. After that I unmarked a "File Name" and later I noticed that the file "forumla1news" is still on my hosting folder and people can find it with Google search... Well that problem has been solved so that I deleted whole folder.

Do you mean you changd the name of the file name and it was not changed when exported?
If you set as file name as example test1 and then you export it online and then you decide to change the name to test2 the previous file test1 remains online since the FTP protocol has not option to delete automatically ffiles but only to export the files online and you will have the old test1 and the new test2 online and in case you don't want the old page to be found you need to delete it manually.
