Border for object style doesn't work properly

Hi, I am currently working on a school website. I want to use border options for objects. But when I apply border color and border width for the object and when I preview it in the brower it shows unaligned and I have tried everying to make it right. But no use. Please help me to finish it, V12 doesn't have this problem. V13 only gives this kind of problem. It irritates me very much.

It looks like you are using a table in a cell to place the image and related text (if this is not the case, please advise). If you make the table narrower this may overcome your issue in desktop view.
However, if you are using a responsive design, whenever the space available to display the table at full width is insufficient, the content on the right hand side will be cropped off (and yet the cell border will display correctly - see attached).
My recommendation is to place the picture in one cell and the adjacent text in another. You can still have a border, but you will have to use cell style and have only 3 sides with a border for each cell, by changing the margins the border will appear to encompass the 2 cells without a break.
