Not yet Jarkko, I am hopeful this and other enhancements to the toaster menu will be included in upcoming versions.
Perhaps you could make this a suggestion for a new feature :-)

Can someone provide a code for that, so I can insert animation even now, or do I need to start order a Web Designer -magazine?

Unfortunately I cannot help you with the use of custom code. Generally speaking, since the functions do not depend on WebSite X5, you can search useful information about the custom code with search engines like google or wait until someone on the community of Help Center can help you.
