Installing program onto a second PC (laptop) over a year after purchase

Hi, I am currently using version 12 (12.0.9.30) on my desktop PC. I bought this on 30th Dec 2015. I need to install the program onto my new laptop so that I can upload stuff to my website away from my desktop PC. Or even just move the program from the DT to the laptop completely.
The one and only answer on this help centre regarding installing onto 2 PCs says...
"To install the software on the second PC, you simply have to launch the installation again and do the registration process again, inserting the same email address used for the first installation."
Question....HOW do I launch the installation again on the new laptop please?

On the top right here in the helpdesk, next to your name the pulldown, you can go to your own portal.
there you will find also a download option, download the full install file and start it.
That starts the install proces and registration.

Thank you for your response. I have successfully installed onto my laptop. I do now realise however, that the program doesn't update between the computers.... so I need to be careful about which machine I am using to upload to make sure I am using the most up-to-date version of my website project. However, now that the program is operational on the Laptop, I will most likely stick with that!
