Not working links

After importing 9 to 13, I get a serie of links at the top of a page to other pages not working. The same links at the bottom of the page are working. In 9, I could copy the text object from top to bottom. What can be the reason for this? Maybe that strange text <br/> that appears on every page and I can not get rid off?

Indeed, the text <br/> was caused by a not completely hidden menu. After this was resolved, the links worked again as before. The problem is solved.
