Hallo,
I have many products in my website shop. "cristaux-harmonie.ch". The problems is that randomly the images pop up with "Image generation error". When replacing them, other images pop up the same messages. It is ennoying.
I am on Website X5 Pro 12.

What size of image do you use? For the webshop I normaly use 600x600 pix max. and I try to use PNG or JGP files.
Check the preview, if this is not correct reload it with ctrl button pressed, then it should be o.k. if not then you need to point to the correct file, but it should be alright if nothing has changed in the folder where you keep the images.

André's tip did not really help on 12Pro.
I waited some time to reply to you.
However since I work with Version 13 Pro, which seems more stable, I dont have so far any issues with the pictures.

That's a solution also, still keep the size in mind, it helps your website and visitors and yourself as well in terms of speed.
