CSV File update

I presented this idea over 218 months ago, and note others have too. The CSV file generated and attached with the shopping cart is useless without the order number, shipping costs and date. It is impossible without a lot of copying and pasting to create a standard invoice from the the CSV files. The issue is the same wherever the csv is imported. I'm sure all X5 users appreciate how much work goes on, and that there must be hundereds of ideas, but surely this is one of the most basic functions of a csv file as an import/export? Having missing data doesn't make it useful. Update please?????

I have set this post as an Idea, so that our developers can possibly take it into consideration for future releases of the software.
I am sorry if your suggestion has still not been implemented, but this does not mean that it never will. Many of the improvements which have been introduced into the new version had been suggested by our users, and we always try and satisfy all of you guys by trying and add all the most requested features.

thanks for your response. This issue has been kicking around since the dawn of X5, there are many others who have requested the same functionality.
To make things worse, I have purchased X5 pro - and it's the same! and not only that, it's supposed to have a databse system for the shopping cart, which it does, but getting it to work.....that's a different story. X5 is a fantastic product, but the price has slowly crept up over the years, and functionality and ease of use has declined.
All my posts have resulted in "very nice" responses but with no actual workable solutions. I feel moderastors are very good at quoting chunks of documentation, but anything outside the box......hmmmmmm!

I confirm again that we will keep your interesting suggestions in mind for future releases of the software, if possible. We are working hard in order to improve our software and any feedback is precious. We have already implemented new features, but you're right, we can surely improve even more, and that's precisely what our goal is.
